1 shot bourbon barrel aged Tsipouro 1 tablespoon fig jam A pinch of cinnamon Juice from half a lime Simple syrup to taste Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a champaign coupe. Garnish with a sprig of Greek Diosmo or fresh mint.
