1 shot bourbon barrel aged Tsipouro 1 tablespoon fig jam A pinch of cinnamon Juice from half a lime Simple syrup to taste   Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a champaign coupe. Garnish with a sprig of Greek Diosmo or fresh mint.

250ml D2 Tsipouro 3 tablespoons honey 1 cinnamon stick 1 clove   In a small saucepan heat all ingredients for 1 minute, careful not to let boil or burn. Serve in shot glasses or espresso cups.
